The Rhonda Alexander Mentorship program is designed to introduce those who may feel disenfranchised or otherwise lack access to a world of creativity, diversity, and potential. Each biennial intake of 15 people is invited to participate in a week-long itinerary of gallery tours, industry talks, site visits and studio meet-and-greets with artists, architects, designers and other industry figures. Several mentorees have gone on to become active members of the design industry, including at Flack Studio.
